This Week's Book - The Copywriter Club

4 Favorite Books on Goal Setting and Getting Things Done

Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg is my favorite book about habits and creating the small changes that add up to big accomplishments. If you haven’t read it, you should. Atomic Habits is a close second.

4,000 Weeks by Oliver Burkeman has definitely helped me rethink the whole genre of time management. It’s less about getting things done and more about questioning the whole premise of time management in the first place. This book is a keeper. And a passer-oner.

The best book on time management and getting things done that I’ve read is Done by Noon by Dave Ruel. Dave’s been on the podcast and shared his training in The Copywriter Underground. This is the formula for finishing what needs to be finished.

Finally, Dan Kennedy’s book on time management is very different from the others that simply walk you though how to manage your calendar. Instead it gets you thinking about the real value of your time and how to use it better.

Other books we’ve mentioned recently…

The Confidence Game by Maria Konikova

4000 Weeks by Oliver Burkeman

The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks.

Will by Will Smith.
