- We do not sell any personal information to anyone at any time.
- We do collect personal information, technical data, and user data in order to provide the services you purchase and use.
- We do not keep personal information any longer than required to perform the agreed upon services or provide any products you have purchased.
- We do our best to comply with DPA (Data Protection Act), PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). But let’s be honest, even our attorney doesn’t understand all of these ridiculous regulations.
- If you want us to remove your information from our systems, simply let us know via email at email@example.com and we’ll delete it all. (Note: doing this will remove your access to our products).
THE COPYWRITER CLUB LLC and its owners and agents will make every reasonable effort to protect your privacy when you’re using our site. We ask that you do your best to help us help you by keeping your account secure.
Like most website operators, THE COPYWRITER CLUB LLC, collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, information like your browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Our purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how our visitors use our website and to improve your user experience.
THE COPYWRITER CLUB may also collect information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on our sites.
Gathering Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to THE COPYWRITER CLUB’s websites choose to interact with THE COPYWRITER CLUB in ways that require us to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that we gather depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for an account to provide a username and email address. Those who engage in transactions with THE COPYWRITER CLUB are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, THE COPYWRITER CLUB collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with THE COPYWRITER CLUB. We do not store credit card information on our site, though we may use providers who store this information. We do not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. Visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.
Other organizations we may share your information with in order to serve you better include Ontraport, PayPal, and Stripe. Each has publicly stated that they are compliant with data protection laws.
THE COPYWRITER CLUB may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, THE COPYWRITER CLUB may monitor contributions to our site(s) and display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, THE COPYWRITER CLUB does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
THE COPYWRITER CLUB discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf, or to provide services available at THE COPYWRITER CLUB’s websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. If you send us a message, comment, or request (for example a support email), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. THE COPYWRITER CLUB takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of personally-identifying information.
